Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the planning fee you pay Celabe Concierge. Payments you make to wedding vendors are separate and governed by each vendor's own contract — we explain that distinction below, because it matters.
1. What you pay us
- Nothing at intake. Submitting the intake form is free. You pay only if you decide to engage us after seeing the plan.
- A flat planning fee, typically ₹75,000–₹1,50,000 depending on scope, fixed in your engagement letter. It is usually paid as a deposit on engagement with the balance on a milestone schedule set out in the engagement letter.
2. Seven-day cooling-off
You may cancel within 7 days of paying for a full refund, provided work has not yet begun. “Work begins” when we deliver your planning brief or send the first vendor outreach for your wedding, whichever happens first. If you ask us to start inside the 7 days and we do, the cooling-off ends when work begins.
3. Cancelling after work begins
- The deposit is non-refundable once vendor sourcing has begun — at that point shortlists are built, vendors contacted and quotes collected on your behalf.
- Fees beyond the deposit are refunded pro-rata against the milestone schedule in your engagement letter: you pay for planning stages completed, and amounts paid for stages not yet started are returned.
- Within 30 days of the wedding date, planning fees are non-refundable — by then the work is substantially done.
4. Vendor advances are different
Money you pay vendors (venue holds, caterer advances, artist bookings) goes to the vendor under the vendor’s own contract and cancellation terms, which we show you before you book. We are not a party to those contracts and cannot refund vendor advances ourselves. If you cancel or reschedule, we will pursue every vendor refund or date transfer your vendor terms allow — that effort is included in your fee.
5. Rescheduling instead of cancelling
If you move your wedding date, your planning fee transfers to the new date at no extra charge, for a new date within 12 months of the original and subject to our availability. Vendor date transfers depend on each vendor’s terms.
6. If we cancel
If we are unable to deliver the engagement and end it for reasons other than your breach, we refund all fees for work not yet performed, in full, including the deposit portion attributable to unstarted stages.
7. How refunds are paid
- Email rodriguescarson@gmail.com with your engagement reference and the word “Cancellation” in the subject. We confirm receipt within 2 working days and the refund amount within 7 days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Your bank or card network may take additional time to post the credit.
- Refunds are made in INR for the INR amount paid; we do not bear exchange-rate movements on international cards.
